Founder & Strategic Marketing Consultant
Pinar is a marketing and growth strategist with nearly two decades of experience across consumer brands, retail, hospitality and consultancy.
She studied Industrial Engineering and later completed a Master's in Marketing and Economics, bringing an analytical foundation to a career focused on customers, brands and commercial growth.
Her career has moved between strategy and execution, from category and trade marketing to customer growth, CRM, loyalty, brand building and commercial planning. She has worked across businesses including Starbucks, KFC, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Carrefour and Koç Group, spanning Turkey, the Gulf and the UK.
She founded Consultailor in 2021 and leads its client work. Engagements range from defined strategic projects to ongoing part-time marketing leadership.
Consultailor works alongside leadership teams, in-house marketers and agency partners. The scope and level of involvement are agreed at the start and shaped around the business challenge.
